Booking
Our opening hours are:
Summer: (October through April): 9am to 6pm daily
Winter: (May & September): 9am to 5pm daily
Closed: 1st January, 11th February (Wine Festival), 25th April (ANZAC Day), Good Friday, 25th and 26th December
We will be closed for the winter from 2st May until 31st August
Our morning courtesy pick up commences at about 10 am and our afternoon run commences at 1 pm. Please ring us the day before to confirm times and any pick up required. Times may vary during busy periods.
To make your reservation please click on Book Now button below ensuring that you complete all mandatory boxes. You will be asked for your credit card details on the secure booking page which will automatically appear to confirm your booking. (why we need this). Please see cancellation policy below.

Payment Policy:
No deposit is required to secure your reservation but we do require your credit card details in advance to confirm a booking. Payment will be taken on the day of hire.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made by midday 2 days prior to the hire date will not incur a charge. Otherwise 100% forfeit of total cost will be incurred.
Exception:
If heavy rain is falling on the day of hire a telephone cancellation may be made on that day with no charge.
Group Bookings
- For groups of 8 or more a 50% deposit is required
- No charge will be incurred if a cancellation is made more than 7 days in advance of the hire date
- Cancellations of less than 7 days will result in the loss of the deposit
- Cancellations after midday two days prior to the hire date, will incur a 100% forfeit of total cost
