We value every booking and guarantee your bikes are secured once we confirm your hire. Please remember that holding bikes aside means no one else can book them, so cancellations have a significant impact on our small family business. 

Full Refund — 24+ hours’ notice If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 24 hours before your hire start time and we will provide a full refund. This gives us a chance to offer the bikes to other guests. 

No Refund — less than 24 hours’ notice If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, we’re sorry but no refund can be given. 

Weather / Heavy Rain We operate in all weather. We’re fortunate to have many beautiful cellar doors within a 3km radius of our base, all just 5–10 minutes apart (the closest only 2 minutes from our gate). This means you’re never out in the elements for long, so rain does not qualify for a refund. 

No-Shows No-shows will be charged the full price.
